Coinbase Launches Listing Frenzy, Adding Three Altcoins to Futures and One to Spot
Coinbase has announced the listing of Altlayer (ALT), Lido DAO (LDO), and Pendle (PENDLE) on their futures platform, while Core (CORECHAIN) will be listed in the spot markets.
The official statement from Coinbase futures platform reveals that the three altcoins will be listed on June 27, 2024, at 12:30 Turkish time (UTC+3).
The spot listing for the CORECHAIN altcoin has been on Coinbase’s roadmap for some time, and it is set to be listed on June 21, 2024, around 19:00 Turkish time. The altcoin will be supported on its own blockchain network, the Coredao network, and deposits made by users outside this network may result in the loss of their cryptocurrencies forever.
These listings come at a time when Coinbase is undergoing a significant wave of new listings, with a total of five altcoins listed in spot and futures transactions today. Just minutes ago, LayerZero (ZRO) was also listed by the exchange.
