Binance Makes Exciting Announcement Regarding Altcoin Futures Listing
In a recent update, Binance, the leading cryptocurrency exchange, revealed that it has added a new altcoin to its futures trading platform, following its listing on the spot market.
The altcoin in question is ZKsync (ZK), and Binance made the announcement today, with the listing officially taking place at 12:00 Turkish time, although there was a slight delay of one hour. Notably, ZK was also listed in Turkish lira pairs on the platform.
Despite some concerns surrounding the token’s airdrop strategy, crypto exchange Bybit began accepting deposits for ZKsync on June 14. There were reports that regular users who had been actively supporting and contributing to ZKsync for several years were excluded from the airdrop. Surprisingly, only 50 thousand wallets received 60% of the airdrop, while 25% of the zk airdrop was distributed to 9203 wallets, totaling 917 million zk. Some users with NFTs and lesser-known altcoins in their wallets received a disproportionate share of the tokens.
