Breaking News: Bloomberg Analyst Predicts Approval Date for Crucial S-1 for Ethereum Spot ETFs
In a recent update, Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas revealed that the approval date for the Ethereum Spot ETF S-1 is anticipated to be July 2. Balchunas shared the news in a statement, stating that the SEC had provided feedback to issuers on the S-1s, which he described as basic and non-major. He mentioned that there is a good chance the approval will take effect next week, coinciding with the holiday week. While acknowledging that anything is possible, Balchunas expressed confidence in the July 2 deadline as their best estimate.
Although the previous deadline was set for July 4, Balchunas highlighted that the new date was a positive development, as they had expected a longer approval process. With July 2 approaching, he stated that they were halfway through their prediction timeline.
