Arkham has reported that STEPN has unlocked an impressive 79.203 million GMT tokens today at 08:28 GMT. The total value of these tokens is estimated to be around $15.9 million.
These unlocked GMT tokens have been sent to the 4/5 multi-signature address, specifically 0x2D…C406.
Previous patterns suggest that STEPN will be distributing more of these unlocked tokens. It is anticipated that some addresses will then proceed to transfer them to various exchanges, including prominent platforms like Binance.
The cryptocurrency wallet that received the tokens after unlocking currently holds assets worth $18.53 million, all in GMT tokens, as of the time of writing.

GMT, once a major player in the “move-win” trend of altcoins, currently has a market cap of $427 million. At its peak, it reached a market value of $2.28 billion. The token set records during the previous bull run, alongside many other altcoins reaching all-time highs.
As of the time of writing, GMT is trading at a level that is 95% lower than its all-time high.
