According to Santiment officials, the theme of artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to be a major focus in the cryptocurrency market during this period. The growing popularity of AI has caught the attention of analysts and investors alike.
Social media activity and regulatory developments related to AI altcoins are also on the rise, as users on various platforms are engaging more with the topic of artificial intelligence. Santiment has identified Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN), SingularityNET (AGIX), and Bittensor (TAO) as altcoins experiencing increased social volume in the AI sector. The firm believes that heightened interest from the community could potentially lead to price increases for these projects.
Among the highlighted altcoins, FET currently ranks third in terms of market capitalization among the largest AI-focused altcoins, with NEAR and ICP taking the top two spots. AGIX, on the other hand, has the lowest market value among the selected altcoins, standing at $491 million.
