Big whale James Wynn, known for his large leveraged transactions in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and altcoins, continues to be active.
At this point, James Wynn explained his short-term expectations.
Hyperliquid (HYPE) whale James Wynn first predicted that a black swan event similar to the COVID-19 crisis would hit the markets like a bombshell within the next 48 hours.
A black swan event refers to an event that is impossible to predict but causes a tremendous shock to the market if it occurs.
Pointing out that tensions between Iran and Israel are increasing, James Wynn claimed that a kind of Covid-like black swan event will occur in the next 48 hours as the war escalates.
Stating that this event will create fear in all financial markets, James Wynn stated that people will turn to risky assets such as Bitcoin.
At this point, Wynn argued that people will buy into the fear and turn to riskier assets like Bitcoin after the initial shock has passed.
“… This will create a huge shock effect on financial markets. At that time, institutions and hedge funds will buy in response to fear. Because they already know that after the market shock, the government will lower interest rates and inject liquidity.”
