Cryptocurrency analysis firm Santiment has released data on the most active altcoins on the BSC and Binance Chain over the past 30 days. Leading the pack is Bitcoin BEP2 (BTCB), followed closely by Dusk Foundation (DUSK) and Beefy Finance (BIFI).
According to Santiment’s findings, the altcoins seeing the highest developer activity are as follows:
1. Bitcoin BEP2 (BTCB)
2. Dusk Foundation (DUSK)
3. Beefy Finance (BIFI)
4. Flux (FLUX)
5. Trust Wallet Token (TWT)
6. Saito (SAITO)
7. ApeSwap Finance (BANANA)
8. Frax Finance (FRAX)
9. TokenPocket (TPT)
10. Theltonetwork (LTO)
BTCB, ranking first on the list, represents Bitcoin tokens bridged onto the Binance Chain. Users acquire BTCB on the Binance Chain network by locking their Bitcoin through a bridge mechanism, enabling trading at parity with BTC. To return to the Bitcoin network, users burn BTCB tokens on the bridge to reclaim their BTC.
The list compiled by Santiment is based on significant GitHub activity across each project, averaged over the last month.
