Despite recent lackluster trends in the crypto market, analysts maintain bullish forecasts for the third quarter of 2024 and beyond.
Grayscale, the largest crypto asset management firm globally, has weighed in on the happenings within the crypto sphere and released a comprehensive report.
In outlining the top 20 tokens to monitor in Q3 2024, the Grayscale Research team has placed Bitcoin and Ethereum at the forefront of the list.
With expectations that 20 cryptocurrencies, including BTC and ETH, will gain prominence in Q3 2024, Grayscale has particularly highlighted artificial intelligence tokens among these alternative coins.
Pointing to the imminent launch of Ethereum ETFs, the company anticipates an expansion in the ETH ecosystem post-ETF approval.
“If the approval of ETH ETFs sparks interest and adoption in Ethereum, we could witness increased activity and valuation support for select Layer 2 tokens (such as Mantle), Ethereum DeFi protocols (like Uniswap, Maker, and Aave), and other assets critical to its functioning,” Grayscale stated.
